HLAF's Jail Decongestion awards certificate of completion to PDLs at Quezon City Jail Female Dorm


Quezon City Jail Female Dorm - For an all in jail visit, HLAF's Jail Decongestion team conducted an Awarding of Certificates to 20 persons deprived of liberty (PDLs) who completed the Paralegal Aide Training followed with a courtesy call to QCJFM Warden, JSUPT Mary Rose Laguyo last September 3.

The Awarding of Certificate to 20 PDLs who successfully completed the training was assisted by Insp. Angoluan, SJO4 Sibuna and JO2 Pilande. Also, Atty. Aubree Sadural discussed information and ideas about the Three Fold Rule then Mr. Francis Flameno, intern form Ateneo Law school, discussed the importance affidavit making. For the last topic, Mr. Alfredo Alaras discussed effective Public Speaking.

During the courtesy meeting with JSUPT MARY ROSE J LAGUYO, Warden Laguyo expressed that they are very thankful to HLAF for the continuous activity at Quezon City Jail Female Dorm. They also discussed the schedule of jail visit every Monday by HLAF staff. 

As of September 3, the jail population at Quezon City Jail Female Dorm is 935 PDLs.
