Quezon City Jail Female Dorm - Criminal Procedure Flowchart, Modes of Release and GCTA were the topics discussed during the Basic Orientation Seminar for newly committed inmates last Feb. 5 through the initiative of Quezon City Jail Female Dorm and in partnership with the Humanitarian Legal Assistance Foundation. A total of 20 inmates attended the said orientation seminar. It was facilitated by Chief Paralegal SJO4 Rodolfo Nuezca and  JO2 Dennis Pilande. The activity was also graced by the presence of Quezon City Jail Female Dorm Warden Marie Rose Laguyo.

The Basic Orientation Seminar is one of the jail services that the jail decongestion program is providing to the partner jails. Also present during the seminar are HLAF's jail decongestion team, Atty. Aubree Sadural and Mr. Alfredo Alaras and six (6) CLED students. The activity served also an avenue for CLED students to conduct case conferencing and case follow-up to the inmates at Quezon City Jail Female Dorm.
